Well as usual Food Flavour lab lesson is so nice... i made my own softdrink. We i made a bluish-green softdrink with any flavour juz like the colour n bringin it home without lettin our lab technicial to know. Well when i was fillin my bottle with carbonated water i went to sniff it! Hell man the gases went into my nose n give some kind so stinging sensation... Guess due to my FYP i going around to smell stuffs. Be it solid liquid or gas lolz...
Well when we stay back to do our FYP wei wen , CM n TA was doing their FYP too. They are making artificial Shark fins. Well i guess is a meaningful FYP as Shark is now an endanger animals n ppl with lower living standard also got to eat "Shark fins" too. At the 1st few round their shark fins actualli look like mucus we started playin it with it hahhaaa...
At night Wine Class again ... well today was on Italty Wine ..well is subjective personally i prefer Itatly than France wine. Cause i prefer the new world wine dan the old world wine that is more elegant which i don't reali appreciate. Dunno am i lucky or unlikely at the bottom of my wineglass there were whole lump of wine crystal. Which is difficult to come by and usually not in this big amt too. Well if can make it into eyeshadow i guess it would look nice... quote by Karen hehe... Well i drank a lot more than usual coz i think i love ltalty wine!!! The balance was nice especially the nose was unique n sweet compare to others due to its famous grapes called Sangiovese(Sun-joe-v-saes). After a whole session of tasting i think iwill go back for Primo Amore (brand) new style of Zonin is more fruity so i guess gals will like it. Conti Di Buscareto(brand) of 2003 by grapes variety Lacrima Nera great nose but to me is consider acidic. Lastly, every gals will surely like it is the Moscato D' Asti is a frizzy whitewine taste reali sweet but not as sweet as the dessert wine so is like soft drink but is much more better coz i do not like soft drink at all
