Some interesting facts- Apparently, we have arounnd 50,000 thoughts running throughtd ourmind each day. On average 80% of these are negative , so just imagine how much negative energy is flowing through our mind. this is why we find it real hard to boost our confident when our mind is not tuned into a correct channel.

Your words become thoughts

Your thoughts become ideals

Your ideals become actions

Your actions become habits

Your habits become ur personality

Your personality becomes your density.
