ok i gonna polish up my english before gg out to work after graduation... anyway i read this book is like inside is full of gold and treasure. I took a longer time than usual to read this book because the lines is so meaningful i wanna read it another time to make sure i fully getwhat is it trying to express.
Some of the lines that i love and really meaningful!!!
- It is vital that i learn to pay much attention to my
inner dialogue- We human usually did not get to know what we believe. Believe can be very restrictive, and limit us and our potential. It is time i should start to
challenge my beliefs. Sometime is good to ask this question " Do i truly believe this about myself or are they just doubts i have about myself?" There is difference between beliefs and doubts is beliefs are deep-rooted ideas about ourselves that we accept without questioning, whereas doubts are random, negative feeling we have about ourselves.

In fact, we can become obsessed with it. By constantly guessing whether we are acceptable or not, or whether we are as good as the next person, we lose confidence because comparing ourselves with others mean we end up criticizing and find fault with ourselves.

that right it reali make sense . No 1 can make you feel anything i dun choose to feel. Learning to control them and understood them will make one become stronger as it increases confidence.

Keep learning- use children as role models for letting go of the past. Even if they have the odd run-in, they soon get over it and find ways to play together again. They did;t hold grudges, dwell upon their mistakes or beat themselves up over things they have said or done.
They tend to see beauty in their life amd see life in its purest form. Children do not care about if you are white or black, old or young, rich or poor , thin or fat they don;t judge peopl. the difference between chidren and adults is that when children become upset or unhappy, they don;t get upset for too long and move on quite quickly to feeling good again.
They don;t dwell on behaviour or label themselves as failures, they get on with their lives.make a virtue of necessity-----to make the best of a difficult or unsatisfactory situation.
