SP JAE....

At last back to my regular rountine Swimming every tuesday before lesson. Time to do some training for a better figure before CNY wahaha...

Today when gg to the swimming pool happen to walk pass the Conventional Centre this bring nostalgia to my JAE day.
I still remember i walked into the JAE foyer alone without any frenz or an accompany. All my sec frenz went to all different poly and even if iwe are in the same poly the resgistration day was different.
But now i am leading a meaningful, happy life in SP!! GOd time pass so fast!!!
I am now in year 3 presenting my FYP(Finale year project) doing on WINE!
Most importantly, i am gainng more than juz knowledge on Chemical Process TEch coz i have my my Poly sis!!!
They are so sweet , patience , understanding.

Still remember in my 1st yr i cannot cope with the new envionment, hence it affected my studies quite badly.. luckily my poly Sis would stay back to give me a hand!!! And the lecturer would also stay back after office hour to teach us!!

In chemical Process Tech there is 3 choices i choose Food TECH will i can really said i did not have any regret at all. The course teaches us Biology, Food Analysis ( how to detect malamine in milk), Food legislation, How the huge machine work in the real factories, the safety measures needed to take note in food and of couse not forgetting the BAKING SESSION!!

We are taught how to make cookies, muffin, ice cream, bread, cakes.... (too many to memtion) During baking we are taught that different type of ingredients such as flour, egg or egg powder and even a small minute amt of Baking soda have a huge impact on the sensory.

Now i am Proud to say, my course is so popular it is standin alone strong and frim. No longer in Chemical Process Tech. Well is still under Chemical and Life Sciences. Think the cut off point is around 14 ?? if i am not wrong most importantly must pass the Science and Math. English D7 is not a problem for ppl interested in my course.

Still remember we have this opportunity to join a cooking competition organise by Mediacorp.. and get a 2nd place wow $300 and and a few hundred dollar dinning voucher..of coz i share it with my poly sis

Year 2 there is also intership but i choose to go oversea at New Zealand. i spent my 20yr old birthday there... Get to noe ppl from different background, country and culture... the scenary is breathtaking! Till now is like i jus happen yday... After i came back to S'pore it make me feel like there is a need to see more countries... there are so many things to learn n experience in this BIG world.

I went to Massey University in NewZealand...Well ppl in s'pore is fortunate as MAssey is moving all the way to SP!! Sharing the same lecturers and Dr all the way from NZ. After the course we will be graduate with a Degree...!!!

All in all time fly in SP ... i alway think is so accessible(dover MRT) to the town for any birthday celebrations . After our project we can pop over to Holland Village for a drink... reward for ourselves.
Reminisce......
